Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account and join a season. You agree that the information you provide about yourself is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Code of conduct

As a member of the league, you agree to:

• Treat opponents, organizers and courts with respect.
• Show up for scheduled matches or give reasonable notice when you cannot.
• Report scores honestly and play by the rules of the game.
• Not harass, threaten, or discriminate against other players.
• Follow the rules of the facilities where you play.

4. Scoring and disputes

Match results are entered in the app and used to calculate standings and ratings. Players are expected to agree on the score at the end of a match and enter it accurately. If there is a disagreement about a result, the organizer may review the match and make a final decision. The organizer's decision on scoring and standings disputes is final.

5. Removing a player

We may suspend or remove any player, with or without notice, for violating these terms or the code of conduct, for behavior that harms other players or the league, or as needed to protect the service. Where a season involves a paid entry, any refund is at the organizer's discretion and subject to the terms disclosed at the time of entry.

6. Fees

Some seasons may involve an entry fee or offer prizes. Any such amounts, and the rules that apply to them, will be clearly disclosed before you enter that season. Nothing on the general marketing pages is an offer of prize money.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Setpoint and its organizers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your participation in a league. Physical participation in tennis is also covered by our Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the effective date above and provide additional notice. Continuing to use Setpoint after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
